Rule Based Trading

Why should you trade Futures and FOREX markets with a Rule Based Strategy? The simple answer is we do not know where the market is headed and news reports, traders opinions, brokers suggestions, crop reports are tough at best to use in a real-time fast paced market. If you find yourself making trading decisions in a moving market more often than not the decision you make will be wrong. Years of trading experience and trading system development has lead us to a unique strategy. We use a 150 or 250 Tick chart with a system that determines market direction. When this system issues a Buy Signal we set our Trigger system on the 10 or 30 Tick chart to Buy Only. As long as the big chart remains long we let the Trigger System trade the long side of the market. You will see on the left side of the blog many examples of trades executed with our Nested Strategy.
